Ancient legends tell of a gargantuan sea creature known as Leviathan, the World Serpent, upon whose back the entire world rests.  Science rejected such tales as fantasy, since there has never been a shred of evidence--until now.

In 1723, H.M.S. Allure vanished in the Aegean.  Centuries passed without any clue of what happened. Then, in 1998, a worn old journal was bought for a mere $3 US.  Inside was a recorded witness that has led to the greatest zoological discovery in history.
